Name of Talent: Magnetic Metallurgy
Concept:
Rayne has managed to forge a new talent that takes advantage of her prosthetic arms. Since they are made of metal, she channels her energy into them and becomes able to perform an instantaneous change to the forms and abilities of said limbs. This can be anything from forming blades on the limbs, to being able to using hands as grappling hooks, to propelling finger joints as projectiles. She can also alter metal to take advantage of magnetism.
Positive Mechanics:
• Instantly heats, molds, and cools the metal of her arms into new tools and weapons for use
• Alters metal to be magnetic, drawing other metals to and away from herself for a variety of defensive and offensive tactics
• With time, she can repair her own arms with ore found in the earth, but she must have at least a partially functioning arm to do so
Negative Mechanics:
• Due to her extensive bodily injuries, she has a hard time keeping complete control of her talent and maintaining even control of her energy spent on it. The fluctuations in energy make prolonged fine motor control especially in high stress environments very difficult, since it relies on intense concentration to be useful.
