Concept: Saffron draws power from eyeballs, be them in his skull or someone else's. He keeps countless sets in jars stored in a pocket dimension only he can access. Once in a jar within his storage space, he can switch eyes at will.
Extra(s): Saffron's eyes change colors and sometimes even species, altering his appearance either by a little or a lot depending on how he's feeling at the time.
Positive Mechanics:
• Able to draw the unpredictable power from a set of eyes and use it as he sees fit, anywhere from weapons to elements to animal traits.
• Able to draw items from the eyes of others, often to assess the potential of said eyes, but also sometimes because he needs something useful in a pinch. This causes no pain and has no effect on the person he draws the item from.
• Able to shapeshift into the form of the eyes' original owners.

• If his talent is suppressed, he goes completely blind.
