Name of Talent: Luna
Concept: Luna is a special form of traditional magic which uses the power and properties of the moon to channel a personal talent into different affects. Generally, the powers that the magic boasts range from light-based (moonlight), water-based (tides and mist), and folklore regarding the moon. Passed down in many traditional pegasi villages, learned almost exclusively by village healers. The art itself is beautiful. The soft light of the moon can be manipulated and used as a tool or a weapon and the moon's dominion over water can be borrowed and utilized to aid in healing as well as self-defense.
Extra(s): Skin glows beautifully during the full moon.
Positive Mechanics:
+ Tide-force: Allows the user to manipulate pre-existing water in the area as well as pull humidity out of the air to attack or defend.
+ Polar-force: Allows the user to change water around them into whatever form they desire: ice, steam, liquid, snow, etc..
+ Under a Pale Moon: Allows the user to hydrokinetically manipulate the liquids inside another's body, most notably blood, to control their bodily movements. (OoC permission required to control another character.)
Negative Mechanics:
+ Bound by life: Cannot create its own water: The user always needs to pull it out of the air or from a nearby source.
