Name of Talent: Blood of the Damned
Concept: Sususmu has an unholy combination of yōkai and demon blood running through his veins, which his body produces in massive quantities. It perpetually drips from his scalp, his eyes, his beak, and his neck, but even this spillage isn't enough; he has been forced to open a permanent wound in his chest with an enchanted katana so that the blood doesn't swell inside of him. It's hellfire in liquid form.
Extra(s): • Sususmu never stops bleeding, ever. It's hard to tell where all that blood is coming from.
Positive Mechanics: • No external wound will ever kill him, even if inflicted on his vital parts. All his wounds heal eventually over time.
• His talent is related to infernal magic, so it is especially effective in combating light-related talents, forces, and species. If a light species comes into contact with his blood, they will experience excruciating pain and a bad burn.
• Sususmu can control his blood telekinetically.
• Sususmu can poison his blood. Those who ingest it will experience whatever symptoms he has imbued it with, from nausea to seizures. He can also manipulate the potency of his blood so that its symptoms can last from seconds to days, assuming it isn't fatal to begin with.
• Sususmu can hex his blood. Those who come into contact with it will experience whatever hex he has imbued it with, from bad luck to being unable to tell the truth to taking on a horrendously ugly appearance. He can also manipulate the potency of his blood so that its effects can last from seconds to days.
• Sususmu can acidify his blood, imbuing it with the ability to eat through flesh, metal, and even magical substances as he wills.
• Sususmu can make his blood flammable, so that setting it aflame will spark a massive fire or even an explosion.
• Sususmu can make his blood cyrogenic. This will render it invisible to all thermal cameras and causing it to freeze or chill anything it comes in contact with.
• Sususmu can cause his shed blood to produce living birds. These birds, all corvid species, are obedient to him and only him. He can communicate with them through harsh caws.
• Sususmu can create blood constructs from his blood. In this way he can create tools, objects, weapons, armor, and even appendages out of blood, though he cannot create anything sentient.
• Sususmu's blood has naturally magical properties. It can be used to enchant (read: curse) objects, rendering them magical, or to make various kinds of elixirs.
Negative Mechanics: • Sususmu can only use his own blood, and is limited to using the blood outside of his body. If he needs more blood, he must open more wounds in his body, which is as painful as it sounds. If he uses too much (which is unlikely to ever happen given how much blood his body produces over a short amount of time) then he'll experience symptoms of excessive blood loss such as dizziness, weakness, and eventually loss of consciousness.
• Light magic and talents are especially devastating against him. He cannot be healed or otherwise benefited by a light-related talent; in fact, it causes him as much pain as an offensive-type light talent.
• Sususmu leaves a track and stench of blood everywhere he goes. This makes it nigh impossible for him to sneak around. Not to mention it's gross and unhygienic.
• Sususmu's wounds heal slowly as his blood has a tendency not to clot.
• If his external sources of blood flow are stoppered somehow, then he'll get grossly bloated and eventually implode. It won't be pretty.
