Concept: Dynamo is an ability that activates when Rumiko starts to collect the electric energy from the air. This starts to charge her in an intense electric layer that depending on the amount of energy she gets it can be spotted from afar or merely go unnoticed.

When she used this ability, her fur raises due to the static. And her eyes glow with blue light.
