Personality:
Borris was someone you could say one who seemed fit for the job he took, a researcher no doubt who would study and explore whatever mysteries and wonder the world has to offer. Outside of that, he maintains a superficial socializing with anyone. In exchange, he can get along with anyone. An archetypal “everybody’s friend”. He is easily teased, deceived, and sometimes clumsy and is the type of guy who would get into trouble even though he has done no involvement whatsoever. While having shown to possess intelligence and the natural curiosity of a scientist, at the most of times he can act stupid as his college degree claims.

History:
Curiosity was one of the many traits Borris has of his youth, eager to learn more of the world and more of those who weren’t like him, those who weren’t humans. When the interspecies laws have been passed, his variety of friends goes from not just the category of his own kind but to other races as well and the idea of “talents” was something he wanted to explore more. It was a question unanswered even to his parents and with that started a journey of someone who wishes to learn the mysteries of the world, to know what others know and to figure out and explore the unknown. From highschool to college he graduated with flying colors with many work opportunities, be it field work for the government or research and archive in several different companies and organizations.

Of course after recognizing majority of the races, he worked with the Baskervilles on several projects relating to talent holders, believed that they could actually bio-engineer such attributes into the genetics of a living being. One day he was sent out on a food run but when he came back, the entire research facility and most of the village it was in was gone, obliterated, with ruins of cobblestone and pavement and the decay of all plant life. In his search of survivors, he found Caroline, the last the daughter of the Baskervilles and comforted her in her misery and shock. Knowing she had no one else to turn to, he offered to be her caretaker but Caroline refused with a goal in mind she humbly declined and left on her own, never to be seen again.

In the ruins of her town, the government arrived and questioned everyone relating to the project. Of course Borris was interrogated as well and given with no choice, he gave everything he know, including from start to his involvement of the project and experiment, stating that he was to join the Baskerville research team later to start experiments and believed that they went ahead in hopes to tease him, which was his guess seeing as how much he loved to discover things.

Later he was then commissioned to work with the government as part of the research and development teams, however whatever he saw was inhumane in terms of morality. Live specimen experimentation, using slaves, outcasts, and unfortunates who traded their lives for money conducted such to find ways to strengthen the military. After a series of heartbreaking experiments, he decided to quit his job but under the watchful eye of the government and became a broken shut-in.

Culture/Origin of Species: The most basic of species yet the strongest, humans have been around for hundreds of years and play a major part in history. The outnumber every other species, and it's common to see families with one human and one mythical creature as the parent. Humans cannot pinpoint their origin due to how long they have been on this land for.



Traits: • Humans have a natural affinity for magic based on the basic elements, nature, electricity, fire, earth, water, air and metal. This gives them strength when using the elements and resistance against them. From these elements humans naturally have 3 resilience aspect points.

• Humans can fit in anywhere, it is easy for them to learn languages, different talents, fighting styles or cultures, this allows them to have an extra talent.
