The page was getting rather steamy as Henry was clinging to Percy and the latter was in the former's lap. Jin, as innocent as he may be, was curious to see the outcome of these circumstances and his face was burning red. Like to be completely honest, if he was able to glow, he would be.

Could incubi glow? He sure hopes they couldn't because if he was glowing red when Seth came in, he didn't know how he'd be able to explain it. Oh yeah, I was ready something really... steamy and now I'm glowing brighter than neon lights. However, a sudden entry causes the brunette to squeal in a bit of fear. That sure took off the sensual edge that the book was leaving. Quickly hiding his book underneath his covers and facing the new entry, the Hisakawa native would stare at his roommate.

He completely expected what came next. Being a form foreign to your natural one is something that is annoying. It feels uncomfortable and you just don't want to deal with it after a certain point. However, he didn't expect to be almost knocked unconscious from being hit by a wing. Jin felt his head hit the pillow behind him. Thank goodness it was there because he might have been hitting his head against the wall. He didn't really need a concussion to round out the very average day. The fact that Seth was easily able to be himself, it made an emotion stir up inside him. It was bubbling calmly below the surface but it was still there.

Tightening his fist, the idol would also feel a sense of unease from being around the pegasus. Perhaps it was because he was a holy being and Jin was half demon after all. Covering his eyes in case they change colours, the young man would use his baseball cap to shade his vision, but due to the blush on his face, it could potentially send a different message. His sense of nerves began to simmer away as he let himself smile and listened to Seth awkwardly retract his wings as well as being surprised at the fact that they are roommates. "Yeah, I think RM has something to do with this. They are the only ones who'd pull a stunt like this." Clearing his throat, the young incubus would rise and glance at Seth with his naturally unnatural red eyes. The blush on his face was fading somewhat as he stepped over to investigate why he was asking if he liked sweet potatos.

He probably did but he didn't know about the calories and fats that were in it. Granted, it was a vegetable so it should be fine. But, it probably had a lot of carbs and carbs were the natural enemy of his waistline. Feeling his hand go to his stomach, the young man would sigh as it rumbled quietly but shook his head. "Maybe next time." Standing on his bed, the young man would gaze at Seth's poster as it hung from his wall.

Even his concept was nicer than Jin's. The mysterious and alluring concept was much less overdone compared to his own concept of duality. Although, there is some irony in his concept considering he is a dual person himself basically. Walking over to Seth's poster absentmindedly, the brunette would start to say, "Ah, would you be okay with taking our posters down and putting them somewhere else for the time being? I don't enjoy seeing myself act that way. It couldn't be farther from the tru-" His sentence was cut off as he felt his foot get tripped by a raised carpet.

Falling towards your junior idol colleague was probably something for the record books so it isn't surprising that the world worked against Jin again. Oh well, no matter what he tried, he'd either end of falling or making a bigger mess of things by dragging Seth down with him. He prepared himself to hit the floor, or maybe the bag of sweet potatos would provide a nicer amount of leverage.

Anything that Seth spoke about in response to his comment about the posters was completely ears. Even if he wasn't falling before he said it, the brunette was currently in the midst of falling so as a result, he was pretty much certain that his head hit the wall a little bit through the pillow and maybe it was even causing a little short term memory loss. But, either way, the soloist was completely out of his element at the moment. He had a habit of falling but he didn't expect his novel to be getting so heated. He had thought it was just going to be about Henry's adventure while he went on his tour. But, now, him and his best friend were getting rather frisky. It was almost out of left field. (If you are as dense as Jin, it came out of left field. Despite the constant flirtations, talks in Henry's thoughts speaking about he wanted Percy, and even just how much sex comes up in the book, you shouldn't be surprised about what was happening currently in the book.)

Jin feels himself impact with the pegasus and he winces in pain as he falls to the floor with a somewhat lighter weight on one half of his body specifically. Glancing on the side that is slightly more weighted, the young idol would feel his face warm up at the close proximity the blue haired man was at. No person other than his parents and his manager have been this close to him, and this was the one person who actually managed to look like a demigod without even trying. The brunette would turn his head to face the other idol, who he saw was looking at him. God, he was such an idiot. To be honest, he probably was blushing to the tips of his ears.

As he felt Seth move away, as well as a squishy noise from something that he was lying down on apparently, the brunette would move over to the side of his bed as he placed his face completely in the pillow. Sure, it hid the intensity of the blush on his face away. However, the back of his neck and his ears weren't providing any favours. When he heard Seth's voice ask him if he was okay with a little bit of an amused tone, the young man wanted to just die on the spot in all honesty. Letting out a groan of what sounded like pure agony, the blushing idol would reply, "I understand if you'd not like to room with me now. Just tell administration that I died of embarassment. It'll do me a huge favour."

It almost felt unfair that Seth was always naturally elegant. Not tripping was genuinely a struggle for him and he was just clumsy through and through. He overthought things too much and now he had a constant reminder of something that he'd never be able to be in his room. Taking off his glasses, the younger man would sniffle but trying to stop himself by talking as he said, "So, what were you saying about your manager?" The senior idol clearly didn't want to linger too much on the topic of his failure to notice his surroundings so he'd much rather hear about Seth's manager to see if he had a better one or not.

Living with Seth was probably going to be hard for Jin in all honesty. They were nothing alike but Jin still somehow felt like an inferior version. It made sense as to why, but another why was why was he constrained to this halfling status before he was even born. Let him choose. He didn't even know why his dad married his mom. He loved them both but, it'd almost be easier if he wasn't here. Another sniffle came from the brunette. He felt like his face wasn't cooling down and cutting off the oxygen by burying his face in his blanket surely wasn't helping.

It's okay. As long as he can make his fans and those around him happy, he'll be fine. He'll perform for them each and every time as if it's his last. Hopefully, Seth doesn't really acknowledge doesn't how much of an emotional wreck Jin is most of the time when he is alone and will just try to continue conversation. He can bounce back easily as long as he talks about something else and doesn't leave the idol to his thoughts.

The senior idol winced slightly when he heard Seth talk about how he was famous. Yeah sure, out of the two of them, Jin probably did have more fans but that resulted in more haters that seemed to love just trying to bring him down when his success was high. Whether it was about his odd eye colour, his ragged hairstyle, or that one point when they talked about him being larger than he normally was, they never failed to bring him down. It never hit him out in public but things like this really add up over time. They were always thoughts that lingered in the back of his mind. Seth should have been the one that was more popular than him. He didn't do anything of note. Even his concept is more interesting, so it warranted him being the more popular idol. What could he possibly have for Jin to teach him?

A gentle unsticking sound from the wall was somewhat prevalent as the young man looked to see Seth taking the SEDUCE poster off his wall. Chuckling, the senior idol would reminisce to his roommate. "Man, thinking about that photoshoot was a blast from the past. The directions for posing that the entire staff team was giving me were... colourful to say the least. They also were really hands-on when assisting me with my outfits." His production team was extremely eager to help the brunette when it came time for an outfit change, leading to a determination on insisting that he can change by himself. There were a few unwarranted hands, however, Jin made sure to put his foot down when needed for that shooting.

Jin listening wordlessly while hearing Seth talk about his manager. The blue haired man didn't really seem to be the type that was clumsy, or maybe it was more that Jin's natural klutziness was outshining it at the moment. Seth's manager seemed nice. Taking his head out of his blanket, the brunette would get a shiver down his spine from how cold the air was. Turning to Seth as he was taking down his poster for his debut, Jin would offer a small smile as he replied. "I'm sure we'll be fine. If we can get by as trainees, this should be infinitely easier." The days of an RE trainee are not ones to be taken lightly as you always have be on your top behaviour. Not that either of them was trainees for long, but that's besides to point.

Classes? Oh yeah. He had forgotten to grab his schedule when he heads to administration building so he couldn't really remember what he had to be honest. Rubbing the back of his head, the young man would ponder. He chose his classes ages ago, but for some reason, he couldn't remember much. "Ah, I believe I have one that is about the study of plant life and behaviors. Any elective that I chose tends to lie more to fieldwork that actual classwork." He was never really one for sitting in class reading a book on how to do something when he could just learn it himself if he wasn't in that class.

Talents were another thing. Most students around this age already have their talent, but here Jin was without even having a clue about what he able to do. It was somewhat sad in all honesty, but there was nothing he could do about it. He'd probably find out what his was eventually. His eyes would shimmer to a dull yellow for a brief millisecond but by the time he pushed his glasses back up onto his face, it was nothing more than his normal red eyes. Turning to Seth and glancing up and down at the pegasus' appearance, the brunet would reply, "Ah, I should be good. I was gonna unpack after I slept, so I'll just put it off for a bit. I don't really know about my talent yet but it should be fun when I figure it out. If you don't mind me asking, what is your talent?" A gently smile to try and convince Seth he was fine would punctuate the sentence as he waited for a reply.

Be natural. If only someone would tell him that. Even his own mother, who was a succubus, told him that he needed to be careful and not show his true colours because of the stigmas that their species were burdened with. Even as a child, when he was unable to control the powers of drawing attention, Jin was stuck with being bullied for being who he was. Being able to be himself was a dream come true but he knew that's a reality that'd probably never be realized. His eyes glazed over with a dull yellow, only for a brief couple of milliseconds and the young man found the thoughts being lifted from his mind a little bit. Seth probably had it more tough because he wasn't able to be touched by anyone due to fear. At least with people not knowing his secret, they didn't need to worry about falling in love out of their control because he can keep his traits under check. The pegasus probably had it rougher than he did, even if he was able to be who he was meant to be.

Studying wasn't really ever a forte of the idol. He could never keep concentrated that long since he was only really here to research things he could do for his next comeback and after a couple of semesters, he could simply move back to Hisakawa if he wanted to. Although, he'd also be allowed to finish school here and go back to idol business when he was done. Either way, his company was rather forgiving for what they wanted to do. "It's always good to have a backup plan because you never know what'll happen." He speaks from experience of knowing that his father's family is rich but he fell for his true love and built a life from the ground up. Not everything is going to stay good. He didn't even find this out from his father. He had to research it for himself, only then his dad came clean.

While Seth went into the bathroom, Jin opened his luggage to see all his clothes laid out nicely for him there. Grabbing a pair of red plaid pajama bottoms, the idol would slip off his jeans in favour of the more comfortable pants to sleep in eventually. However, he thought about it for a second as he took off his shirt, disposing of it in the hamper that he brought. Should he wear a shirt to bed? He was already overheating, so there was no point in wearing other layers when it'll cause him to sweat. Shrugging, the young man would glance at his body, as clear-cut as well as his arms, well defined for his young age. Although the young man only had simple thoughts cross his mind like he was overweight, he was out of shape and he didn't deserve the spotlight. But, he got used to these thoughts a long time ago.

Jin found himself chuckle with how Seth emphasized psychic. Maybe he had a passive power and it wasn't as overtly magical as everyone else's. "Ooh, who knows maybe I can get the lovely power of emotions." A light jest to go along with Seth's ideas. It seemed more fitting for him to have a talent fit for combat based on his appearance but he's more of a pacifist so he wouldn't mind being able to influence things that weren't as obvious. Smiling, the young brunet would look at Seth as he explained his talent. Er, magic. It seemed rather interesting, but he couldn't find ways to drag himself down with Seth having a fully developed talent meanwhile he had no idea what his was. He couldn't bring himself down about that, right?

Walking over to the sink, the young idol would view the almost full to the brim vessel and watch as the water almost bent like magic and became mobile without a physical touch. It was almost aweing at how gorgeous it was. Jin felt his being freeze in disbelief. Why was he even developing his talent at this school? What was the point? Gripping his hand in a tight fist, the young idol would smile tightly but hide how he was forcing it by shutting his eyes as well, almost mimmicking a child's smile. "Woah! That's amazing. It's gorgeous as well! I hope I can find my talent soon." Chuckling as he walked over to his bed again, the brunet would reach into his bag and pulled out a small plastic container of almonds. Opening it and popping a handful into his mouth, the seventeen year old would hold them out to Seth and offer, "I'm not having a comeback soon, but I'm expected to watch what I eat still. It's crazy. Oh, speaking of comebacks, did you have any concepts in mind for yours? Like are you going to stick with the same concept or change it up." Jin was one for taking risks ironically, so he was thinking of doing a cute concept for this comeback so that his fans would be thrown off. He didn't know what the pegasus was like when it came to things like this though.

Jin turned his head to the side akin to an innocent puppy as Seth walked back into their room. He caught his playful quip about not being able to see into the future unless that was your specific talent. Pretty funny. A knee slap worthy joke but Jin had missed his opportunity to do so. His innocence would almost be overwhelming when the other idol turned his head as his face was stained with a red glow. If Jin didn't know any better, he'd think that the other man was flustered. But it probably had to do with using his talent. Probably.

Jin would chuckle lightly as he scratched the back of his head, "Emotion-based talents would be cool and all, but I feel like their potential would be wasted with me you know? I don't think I'd have the heart to manipulate other people's emotions." A scary thought in all honesty. That's a lot of power once you factor in the fact that people's emotions are what makes them individual and once you mess around with that, you end up basically invading a person's fundamental being by manipulating who exactly they are. Jin watched as Seth channeled the water back into the sink and the pained smile that was once there had faded away into nothing essentially. More a neutral expression if anything as he pondered what his potential talent could end up being. It didn't need to match his personality per se, but he noticed with a lot of the students it seemed to be complementary to who they are as a person.

Jin was surprised at the amount of limitations that he had when it came to deciding on his comebacks, as the process was extremely different for him. He had only been an idol for about a year longer but they were extremely free with what he was allowed to do. If anything the only thing that they were kind of strict about was trying to completely master his current concept before going on to do more things. He needed a solid fanbase before he started playing around with concept hopping. Speaking, the veteran idol would say, "I mean, they don't really limit me because I'm the one who comes up with everything and they like it that way because it lets them focus on developing other idols as well." Feeling a little more confident, the brunet would smile as he continued, "I come up with my choreography, my lyrics, my raps, my beats, my visuals, and even the music video concept. I haven't failed yet so they are keeping it this way. My next comeback is gonna be starting the new year so I need to prepare soon." It seemed like a wonderful idea for an idol to do everything themself but he felt an enormous amount of pressure because everything was probably his fault if it didn't work out. But, he had a lot riding for him because he hasn't yet failed his fans.

Jin felt himself freeze when Seth acknowledged showing off. Was his jealousy that clear? Looking down to his hands that were grasping each other, the young idol wouldn't notice his eyes turn yellow as his emotions changed somewhat quickly. The sad expression on his face was completely gone, or at the very least, extremely well hidden as Jin laughed, "Ah, that? Don't worry about it. Don't feel bad, it's understandable because I've never even been in a situation where I could have developed mine yet." Somewhat truthful but either way, Jin felt okay now. Almost out of no where too.

Jin's innocent demeanor would shine through once again. Once someone hung around Jin enough, they'd see that his concept of duality was completely about who he was because while he was shirtless and basically showing off his body, he'd still have expression of a confused child that was still figuring out the world. The gap between how he looked and how he acted sometimes was completely contrary. "Oh, you aren't supposed to use tea leaves with the Keurig?" That makes a lot more sense considering his manager looked like he wanted to punt him for making them tea one time. Slipping into a pair of athletic slippers, Jin would follow Seth into the hallway, not really thinking about his state of undress and what some people might think as he followed the other man into the common room.

Looking at the fold up table, Jin would debate getting a cup of hot chocolate as his stomach grumbled at the sight of the beverage. Placing a hand to his toned abdomen, he'd look with hunger until he remembered that it was probably made with 2% milk which was the bane of his existence due to the amount of calories and bloating it provided. Sighing, the young man would walk over to the water dispenser as he filled up his refillable water bottle. Guess he'd be having water and sleep for dinner tonight.
