Name of Talent: Twin Dragons
Concept: dragon/elemental themed influences
Extra(s):
• The tattoo on his back glows when active, and changes within a different combination of colors in accordance to the active dragons at a given time.
• With the talent in use, he will be visibly enveloped within what appears to be semi-transparent dragons.
• Tattoo and dragons change color depending on elemental influence , as well as his emotional state, in more extreme scenarios.
• His general appearance (hair/eyes/etc.) can change depending on dragon influence, in addition to his emotional state.
Positive Mechanics:
• Each dragon can be influenced by a single element at a time, paving the way for elemental combinations within interactions.
• Each dragon corresponds to a specific element and weapon type (if the user chooses to manifest a physical weapon), giving him a resistance to the influenced elements at a given time.
• Fire Dragon || An offensive dragon under the fire element that is most effective within close combat. Often summons some form of gauntlet, or some other short distanced melee weapon. When manifested, there will be some sort of red color theme visible upon his form.
• Lightning Dragon || An offensive dragon under the lightning element that is often utilized within close to extensively mid ranged combat. Often summons some form of sword. When manifested, there will be some sort of violet color theme visible upon his form.
• Earth Dragon || A defensive dragon under the earth element that - as could be guessed - is more or less restricted to close quarters. Often summons some form of shield, and is commonly used as a sort of utility. Has an orange color scheme when manifested.
• Air Dragon || A somewhat versatile dragon under the element of air that is commonly used for close combat, if not for brief speed boosts. While no weaponry can be manifested with this dragon, it enables Akihiko the ability to use air blasts and pulses to add extra force to both common movements and combat alike. Has a green color scheme when manifested.
• Water Dragon || Another versatile dragon, though under the water element, that could be used within many manners, though Akihiko commonly uses it as a means of distracting and defensive protocols. Often summons a sword capable of conjuring tidal slashes for both offensive purposes, as well as distracting utility. It maintains a royal blue color scheme when manifested.
• Ice Dragon || The only dragon capable of utilizing some form of far ranged combat, capable of harnessing a branch of the water element in the form of ice. Projectile launchers are the ice dragon's weapon type, and Akihiko himself often manifests a physical weapon under this element in the form of some type of gun. Color scheme when manifested is a light cyan.
Negative Mechanics:
• The user can only ever have two dragons influencing their actions at a given time, with no room for elemental repetitions (ex: no twin ice dragons at the same time).
• Dragons and effects can be traded out, but at a cooldown. In combat scenarios, dragons can be traded and cycled out every other post (meaning there will be at least one full post from the user that the character will be a single - or even both - dragon short).
• Utilizing the dragons within their own, respective weapons would require more energy, and will likely tire the user quicker.
• The dragons are something akin to temporary familiars, meaning the user must be capable of controlling them, as well as asserting their dominance. Should their emotional state render them incapable of doing so, the dragons may actually become capable of turning against the user until their energies are expended.
• Much like how given dragons could give him an elemental strength, the chosen dragons of manifestation at a given time - if they don't cancel one another out as far as weaknesses go - will grant weaknesses of their own for however long they remain active (ex: unless the water dragon were summoned at the same time as the ice dragon, he would be weaker to fire for however long the ice dragon remains active).
