Name of Talent: Nonexistence
Concept: This is a talent possessed by the current Majin representing Angra Mainyu drawing power from the deity’s title as a god of destruction. An ability intended to be ‘the pinnacle of destruction magic’ designed to completely erase the existence of its intending target regardless of its nature, being able to even temporarily destroy concepts at the peak of its power. This power manifests itself as a dark energy that the user can create and manipulate to their will.
Extra(s): When this ability is activated the user’s eyes will begin to glow a crimson red and a fiery black aura will becomes visible around their body.
Positive Mechanics: What mechanical advantages does the Talent have? What it is good against? What does it allow the character to do? For every 3 positive mechanics one must have 1 negative mechanic.
Negative Mechanics: What mechanical disadvantages does the Talent have? What is it weak against? What flaws does it have in its execution? For every 3 positive mechanics one must have 1 negative mechanic.

- [Erasure]: Using Nonexistence will cause dark energy to flow forth from the Majin, directly towards the intended target. Any and all matter engulfed in this energy, whether living or dead, will be rendered null in a matter of moments, completely erasing it from existence. The only beings able to resist certain destruction are sentient beings and monsters, which will only receive injuries. The single exception to this rule occurs when the damage caused by Nonexistence is enough to kill them. In that case, they too, will be consumed and turned into nothing.
- [Concept Destruction]: At the peak of its power Nonexistence is capable of temporarily destroying a concept/idea. Time, space, death, memories(cannot be erased with OOC permission from the character’s player) , etc can all be erased to a small extent though they will quickly restabilize(except for memories) and return to existence. Examples: The user could destroy a moment of time thus resetting events to just a few moments before the erasure or they could prolong someone life by temporarily destroying the concept of death. However, since the concept will quickly recover time will continue to move forward in the first scenario(possibly just with minor modification to events) and person’s death in the second scenario can only be slightly delayed not completely avoided.
- [End of Totality]: Nonexistence is capable of targeting and harming everything in existence regardless of its nature. Physical, metaphysical, spiritual, demonic, and even divine entities are capable of being harmed by this ability if it manages to hit them.
Negative Mechanics: What mechanical disadvantages does the Talent have? What is it weak against? What flaws does it have in its execution? For every 3 positive mechanics one must have 1 negative mechanic.
- [Majin Paradox]: Being a Majin’s power this talent has the inherent flaw that there is a 50% chance of success/failure. This will either be determined by a coin flip or an OOC agreement. If the coin determines the power fails another coin will be flipped to determine whether Nonexistence simply fails to activate or if it backfires on the user.
- Destruction Backfire: If the coin determines that the ability is going to backfire than the user is hit with the full force of the power they were trying to use. Nonexistence will turn on them causing mild to severe damage to their body depending on how much power they were putting in the attack they were trying to use. As a result the use of Nonexistence is very hazardous.
- [Concept Backfire]: If the coin determines that the ability will backfire while trying the destroy a concept than the Majin will receive a punishment related to the concept they were trying to destroy. Examples: If they were trying to erase the space between themselves and an opponent the backfire may increase the space between them sending the Majin flying backwards. If they were trying to erase a moment of time and it backfires the user may have moments of their own time cut away or added changing themselves into a child like or elderly form of themselves. While a backfire on memory erasure would result in the user having their own memories wiped out.
- [Early Warning]: Just like a natural disaster their are earlier warning signs when this ability is about to be put into effect. Objects close to the user will begin to crack or shatters(especially if breaking them is a sign of bad luck; Such as mirrors), a malicious aura can be sensed from the user, and the air will begin to feel charged or heated.
- [Limited Range]: The destructive energy created by this attack is only usable in a short range around the user. Making it practically useless when facing an opponent with ranged attacks.
- [Energy Consuming]: Concept destruction requires a large amount of energy and regardless of whether it was successful or not the user will find themselves drained after using it. The Majin would only be able to use this ability once maybe twice a day. Afterwards they will find themselves fatigued.
