welcome to Eldritch Academy
In a world of myths and mysteries, the pinnacle of the magical academies exists. Eldritch Academy offers education to all ages and species but specializes in the study and training of one's innate mystical capabilities, often called Eldritch Energies, Powers, or Unknowns, but more formally known as their Talent. However, tensions run high with the nations only holding a fragile peace as the Talents that rival the epitomes of technology change the balance of power.
With the more recent uprising of evil Shades and introduction of combat-oriented programs into Talent-focused schools, nations grow more aggressive towards one another. The demand for resources grows, and skirmishes at the border of Arka and Mistere become more frequent. Monsters run into the nations from the Wildes, terrorizing villages and cities. The need for trained or in-training Hunters and Guardians has never been more urgent.

Shizuko nods and lays there waiting. as she does so she inspects her paws and instinctively begins to groom her fur and inspect the rest of her body. During her first transformation which she had been completely unprepared for she had almost no memory of when she had run rampant through the street and woods causing havoc. he continued to inspect when she realised there was an odd weight when she turned her head. laying down on her stomach she puts paws to her head and realised two protruding things. she followed them and realised they were horns.... what kinda of monster or demon was she? what had Nyx called her? A hell-hound? those sure did sound like monsters.

If she knew that Shizuko was thinking about being a monster just because of horns, it would not be the most kindly taken to ideal, considering Nyx had horns herself. Dressed once more in a blue hoodie and black shorts she came out, sandals on her feet, hair nicely done into pony tails through the sides of her hood where her horns poked through. "Now we need something to do, considering this forest belongs to Dawn, something interesting has to be in there." the devil made the comment as she started heading towards the wood with her tail wavering from side to side. For some reason part of her wanted to find some sort of trouble, likely to get hurt again so she could see her own blood, the blood lust she had was just getting worse by the day.

Shizuko quickly moves in forward and bends down low enough so that Nyx can climb onto her back How am i going to be able to talk to you like this? Im stuck as a stupid wolf and i have no clue how or even what i am. You said im a hellhound what even is that. am i some sort of demon? not that demons are bad or anything because your amazing and beautiful but i summoned fire somehow. you said it was from the underworld so like hell? i am a hellwolf but that means my parents....arent my parents......oh this is all begining to much, i wish you could understand me and help me think all of this through because its so much and i dont even know what im supposed to do and im scared to start at this new school hmm i wish everything didnt happen and we could just go abck to the way things were.

The female noticed the intention of Shizuko wanting her to climb up onto her back, but that wasn't something that Nyx thought of actually doing. While she had never been too objected to occasionally letting someone on her feline form in theory? The idea of mounting someone when she had wings, just did not feel exactly right. Of course, many of her feelings conflicted each other lately, so there was no telling how long this particular sensation would be untouched by her internal war. "You do know I'm a telepath right?" her comment was matter of fact, one hand on her hip as her tail swished to the other side. Thinking about it, the little devil tried to remember if she had ever told their friend group about her second talent. Now that she really thought? Nyx couldn't remember saying a single word about it. "And demon's are completely different, there are hundreds of demonic species, I don't believe we fall under them though our kind sometimes are associated with them." they were not strictly unholy, for example she could drink blood from even an angel if she desired without any ill effects, whereas an unholy demonic blood sucker would be unable to do such without death meeting them.

Shizuko whimpers a bit apologetically and lowers herself more so she is resting on the ground,letting her legs splay out comfortingly and she nuzzles her head against Nyx a bit. Im sorry Nyx i didn't mean anything by it this is all... its all so much to take in and..... and i don't feel like me anymore. i have no clue where im supposed to go from here. I never knew you had telepathy so that makes this easier but... what if back at school i flare into fire? what if i transform in the middle of class and i cant get outside enough? how am i supposed to do things like go on quests and help people when i cant even controll myself and my powers? im sorry i know you had me come over to talk and gossip so ill listen. what else do you want to talk about?

Watching her friend nearly grovel on the ground like some common animal was a bit difficult, honestly not an experience she wanted to repeatedly have. Seeing someone more scared than she believed they should be was difficult as if fear was not something she was used to facing even though numerous people were afraid of her when she walked into the room. "I suppose since we lived such normal lives you didn't get to see much of me besides my personality." she mused, sprinting several steps in front of the hellhound, turning on her heel and digging her sharp fangs into her own hand, blood pouring from the deep wound. "Like this." quickly instead of a stream of blood, the girl held a small dagger made of nothing expect blood. "Eldritch is made for people like us, who can't completely control it yet, there will be classes for it." from what she said it gave the hint there were still things within her power that were not entirely under her control, but she was moreso referring to how her brain continued to get more violent as the days passed. "It seems hard in the beginning, but it does get easier. Even before Eldritch I managed how to learn to not constantly think of what everyone around me would look like dead." reaching her bandages hand towards her mouth she reached inside to pull out a roll of shockingly clean bandages, using the edge of her wing to cut a portion so she could wrap her bitten hand and than swallowed the bandages again, now having both hands and her shoulder wrapped in bandages. "But you know, the fact that I have to fight to avoid such dark thoughts, the fact I can manipulate blood, it doesn't make me a different person." she was the same as always, a pacifist blood devil.

She watch intently as her friend bit her hand then formed a weapon from the blood. all she could do was stare on in utter amazement at the abilities of the young blood devil and could not help but wonder what she herself was capable of. what hidden powers and abilities did she hold within her that was just rearing to be let out and used for the first time but the unknowing girl unsure how to control them. How do you do it Nyx? how do you control the powers and what classes should i be taking? i don't think ive had the system explained to me yet so i dont know if its like our other school where you choose the classes or if they are just given to you and mandatory for you to take...

It seemed that Shizuko was exceptionally enamored with her ability to manipulate blood to her every little whim, to Nyx it was nothing special since she had been able to do it for long as she could remember and been good at it, even though Askel encouraged her to not do it. "Well, from what I understand being a Blood Devil had the added benefit of just knowing how to use most of my abilities. I also just knew how to use my talents though I don't know why that's not supposed to happen but for me it did somehow." just like she didn't know why that bone white haired man was familiar, how someone she did not know could awake feelings that she was entirely not acquainted with all the time never directly interacting with her. It was beyond frustrating. "But it shouldn't be too hard to find the sources that you need. There is a order of normal, but half of the day is for specialized classes." she smiled slightly moving to bend her horns back upwards the way they had been when she first had them instead of the ram like style she normally kept them in for safety of others.
