Name of Talent: Kamineko
Concept:
As a guardian deity, Shirone was born with a set of innate, latent abilities that she cultivated during her time at the temple. Each of these abilities draws upon the power of the spirits in the surrounding area, which are called on by Shirone as one of their kind and then channeled by her. They are meant as a means for her to exact her duty of protection and thus are generally divine in nature.
Extra(s):
Whenever Shirone activates any of her abilities, her eyes will begin to glow in accordance with the amount of energy she intends to use. At a certain level, her entire body may give off a light glow. Any activation of her abilities is usually accompanied by the appearance of spirits around the Nekogami as well. The remarkable thing here is that they, while usually invisible to most, may be faintly visible to the naked eye.

Positive Mechanics:
- Divine Spirit Barrier || Using some of her spiritual energy, Shirone can put up slightly translucent, divine barriers, either spherical around herself or as a kind of wall, several feet across. The main difference, aside from the directional coverage, is that the latter kind can be projected a distance away from her and even moved. These barriers absorb any kind of damage they're hit with until they break from oversaturation.
In case that the PvP ruleset is applied to a thread, the following applies. Barriers are created with SP and convert these into VP for themselves on a 1:2 ratio. The user is free to decide how many SP to use in their creation up to a maximum of 5 SP. Accordingly, a barrier cannot have more than 10 VP. Damage inflicted upon the barrier is deduced from this amount until it hits 0 or less, at which point the barrier breaks apart and any excess damage is applied to the user like normal. - Blessing of Recovery || This blessing will use Shirone's spiritual energy to cure someone's wounds and thus restore an amount of their VP in the usual 1:2 ratio. This blessing may also cure poisoning or illnessess, but will not restore VP at the same time.
- Spirit Rage || Quite simply, Shirone calls upon several spirits to attack her target. They will appear as slightly ghostly balls of white flames, floating around her before launching themselves at the designated foe. Not only do these spirits incorporate the aspects of divinity/holyness and fire, they also home in on their target due to the fact that they're at least half-sentient. One spirit is called per SP used. Multi-targeting is possible.
Negative Mechanics:
- Due to the fact that all of her abilities rely on spirits, Shirone can only use them in places where spirits exist. Furthermore, they may refuse to aid her should she use her abilities in ways that contradict the duty she was born with.
- Each and every of these abilities requires either a short ritual, leaving Shirone prone or the presence of a spiritual catalyst. In Shirone's case, this is typically a small golden bell on a red string that she keeps with her.
