Concept: Legacy of Wind focuses around manipulating the movement of air in ways consistent with the concept of wind within the collective consciousness. In other words, it primary produces wind-based effects that have shown up in mythology, pop culture, or other expressions which have permeated a large portion of the population. A Legate of Wind differs greatly from an elementalist in that the usages of wind are not necessarily restricted to the logical physical outcomes of moving air around, at a cost of not being able to draw upon powers which are not commonly accepted.
