Name of Talent: Angel Voice
Concept: Natalie, naturally, has a gorgeous voice and tone to it- she was told many times she had voice of an angel. Eventually, she became capable of releasing ethereal energy through the sound of her voice- as a child this led to many accidents which will be explained in Negative Mechanics. With time she learned how to switch it on and off.
Once she switches it on her voice becomes enhanced with ethereal power- while no changes are seen by naked eye other creatures can definitely feel the change. Depending on her emotions, intentions and tone of her voice creatures around her may be strengthened or weakened. Usage of comforting tone and positive intentions results in her voice to be filled with restorative energy healing wounds of one creature or multiple creatures depending on how loud she is. Same type can be used for filling creatures' hearts with positive energy which calms their emotions if they are anyhow troubled. If she talks in her normal voice while the switch is on it can increase physical strength and resilience of those she targets. She may also use it to increase speed of creatures' movements. If she is angered, saddened or scared and has intention of defending herself or hurting somebody she can use her voice to make someone feel sick (or just generally weak) which will make it easier to take care of them. As for the rest of her negative emotions she pretty much does the opposite of the positive ones (slows someone down, their physical strength and resilience drop, their emotions become chaotic).
This power may lead her to learning another form of similar power, Banshee Voice. Angel Voice can, simply, be used for a delightful performance on stage, too.
Extra(s): Natalie's voice can change when using Angel Voice- she believes this Talent passively allows her to have a voice people admire. However, it does not have to be passive. She can modify her voice to sound even more angelic which she can use for performances, shows and so on.
Positive Mechanics: What mechanical advantages does the Talent have? What it is good against? What does it allow the character to do? For every 3 positive mechanics one must have 1 negative mechanic.
If she was observed from a more game-wise perspective one could easily recognize her as a 'support character' considering her voice can buff or debuff the targets.

3. Combat-wise it would be good against groups of strong opponents- having all of them become weakened at the same time presents a huge advantage for you.
4. She can switch it on and off by putting her left hand's index finger over her lips for about 5 seconds- she may feel energy surge inside her and that is how she knows it is switched on.

After using Angel Voice for about 30 minutes Natalie's voice begins to slightly break- it will not affect the talent until it has been about 1 hour of using it constantly, but simple usage without presenting signature capabilities of the power will not cause her voice to break (e.g. just using it to add 'flavor' to her voice while performing)
2. If target cannot hear her they will not become affected by her voice. So if she fights same opponents multiple times or if her teammates cannot hear then her power might become useless.
3. Continuous, repeated and longer use of Angel Voice causes Natalie to become tired and lose concentration later on. After use for 1 hour it is recommended to take a 2-hour rest.
