Inglisse smiled as the raven-haired woman ordered the mulberry tea at her suggestion. Because of its lack of caffeine, perhaps it was not the greatest morning drink. Regardless, the warmth of the drink was certainly soothing to any stressed student. Before long, more people had joined them. Two acolyte girls, one of them being a waitress, and what appeared to be a kitsune. The waitress child offered the blonde to combine her table with the others. While she had not been directly invited to do so by any of the ones actually sitting there, Inglisse decided to steal the opportunity. “That sounds splendid,” she said with a smile, gingerly closing the giant tome and pressing the mulberry leaf she held between two of the pages to keep it safe and flat. “I would take some rosebud tea, if you don’t mind. I’ve had quite enough coffee for the night~” she said in a chipper manner, beginning to stand up to move the tables.
Tome on the table, Inglisse stood up and began to eagerly haul the table, dragging it so that the rim of its surface bumped into the other table. She did it carefully, to avoid any fingers getting trapped. Once she had successfully combined them, Inglisse moved her chair back over to the table and gracefully plopped down near the raven-haired girl. “Name’s Inglisse, by the way. I’m a sophomore in college at Eldritch,” the platinum blonde said simply, eager to be in the company of others. Leaning in, she continued the conversation. “And yourself, Natalie?”

Tags Word Count Anything So the platinum-blonde girl is sophomore at the academy. That made sense to Natalie; that girl definitely appeared to be more mature than herself or anyone present around the tables. She also seemed more knowledgeable about the academy and everything that was happening around here than Natalie was- she seemed like the right person to ask questions if she needed help or advice with anything. "Oh me. I am a freshman- just arrived at the academy." Natalie cheerfully responded. She was the academic 'noob' that was just about to join the studying fray.
"Miss Inglisse, you have been here for some time then. How do you feel about the academy?" Natalie inquired with utmost curiosity. She wanted to know if there was anything she should look out for or if there was anything she should be ready for. After having asked Inglisse a question Natalie reached for the mulberry tea and took a quick sip of the warm and soothing liquid out of the cup. "This is pretty good." She thought. Warmth and flavor were complimenting each other rather nicely. She could get used to this kind of morning treat.

Judging by the appearance of the age of the raven-haired girl, Inglisse deducted that Natalie was a college freshmen and not simply fresh into high school. The other girl proceeded to ask basic but thoughtful small talk questions. “Welcome, then,” the blonde replied with a warm smile. “Also, you may drop the ‘miss’. We both are students here; peers. No need for formality~”
Blinking hazel orbs, Inglisse continued in a friendly manner. “The academy is teaching me what I want to know, so I really cannot complain. Aside from what I wish to learn, the atmosphere is good for the most part, but that’s just a bonus,” she answered. She really was not here for any reason other than getting what she had paid good money for. That thing was knowledge. She was here to learn for reasons she kept to herself. Society’s encouragement for education and what it could provide a student later on in life mattered little to Inglisse.

Tags Word Count Anything At the first glance one would assume Inglisse might be an overly serious type of person, but she was relaxed and nice. Natalie really enjoyed her company; the girl was nice and knowledgeable at the same time. She did not seem to hate it here either; she definitely does not fulfill the 'student stereotype' and that was a good in Natalie's eyes. "Thank you, Inglisse." Natalie responded with a soft tone. She reached for the tea cup again and took a short sip of the soothing warm essence.
"I have come here to learn more about these... Talents or, at least, how to use mine effectively." Natalie admitted. Her Talent was named Angel Voice as it could unleash blessing or punishment of an angel- strengthening those Natalie wants to strengthen or weakening those she wants to weaken. And she can make her voice rather angelic if she wants to; not like it is not good to begin with, but it would make her voice a lot more charming. She often uses this during performances along with the relaxation of effect to the audience. "You're first people I've met here. I am looking forward to, perhaps, seeing you around more." She said in a very cheerful and optimistic tone.
[OOC: Apologies for not responding. Had exams and had to study. If you want to continue I am all in.]

Kaname's good cheer was fueled by the quantity of caffeine that could only come from an espresso. At least the tall girl with dark hair respected the value of coffee. The platinum blonde who was in Kaname's dorm spoke heresy when she asserted that mulberry tea was better than coffee. She was fortunate that burning heretics at the stake fell out of fashion several hundred years ago. Otherwise there might have been trouble.
Kaname figured that she could let the platinum blonde's heretical talk go... this time. The caffeine put her in a good enough mood that she could overlook it. Being around the dark-haired girl also put the hybrid in a cheerful mood. It was nice to be around people who treated her like a person and not an annoyance.
