Personality:
Mild mannered Eliot flies below the radar of most people. Nothing stands out about him particularly. Even being a bit on the tall and muscular side, his dark clothing or janitor uniforms blend him in with the background, and truthfully he doesn’t mind. His job isn’t glorious in the least, and he’s content to be ignored. It’s easier to observe surroundings that way, something he’s keen to do constantly. Mundane work is relaxing, and his place in the status quo keeps him being being bothered by too many people. He prefers interactions one on one, or at the most in a group of four or less. Any more than that and he’ll somehow fade into the background, disappearing altogether should the crowd persist.

But at night, Eliot dons a different persona. Shedding his generally taupe existence, he becomes The Wraith, a masked vigilante that stalks the streets of Mistere in search of wrongdoing. He is the knower of things, the guardian of the pure. This is when he comes alive and lives with a purpose, evading law enforcement who wish to stop his circumventing of the overly bureaucratic procedures while dealing swift and effective punishments upon those who look to cause trouble. Most offenders are left for law enforcement to pick up and punish, but when the system fails...Wraith will be there to clean it up once and for all. His displays no shortage of bloodlust, but his joy in the red spray is for the good of these peaceful days, not just for spilling's sake.

He may not be the hero Mistere needs, but he’s the one they deserve.

Name of Species: Ancient Dragon/Higher Ghoul


Traits:
• Heavy Power: Due to their naturally large stature and weight, combined with a tough body, these dragons have a lot of physical strength, allowing them to shatter rocks with a punch. Grants 1 Aspect point in Strength.
• Mental Fortitude: They are very tough-minded individuals, and have a natural resistance towards any kind of mind control, or manipulation. While not impossible to affect them, it is certainly a very hard task to accomplish.
•Improved Resilience: Higher Ghouls have harder skins than humans. 2 aspect point to Resilience.
•Improved Senses: Higher Ghouls have a great scent, sight and hearing than humans.
•Healing: Higher Ghouls regenerated lost health quickly, they can also regenerate limbs and even there brain if it is damaged.


Flaws:
•Low Noise Tolerance: More solitary in nature, these dragons have a tendency to highly dislike loud sounds, and may recoil from such, or even get pissed if forced to endure loud environments.
•Picky eaters: They can only consume humanoid flesh, bitter foods like coffee and chocolate and strong alcoholic drinks.
