Cirzirue nodded to Lavender as she listened to her. It didn't seem any of them knew much on aliens, it was unlikely that the two sisters of Lavender knew themselves what exactly they fully were. It seemed like an odd topic to talk about. Was there even chance they might be called out on their species? Many questions were floating in the fairy's head as she listened to both Lavender and Kaname, it appeared that Rumiko kept quiet right now. Did they confuse her a little? The part where Kaname thought they were little gray headed beings sounded... odd? There were certain historic things with pictures of weird gray people with elongated heads, she recalled, with black eyes.
Hearing how Kaname's own parents were surprised by learning Kaname was a hybrid sounded strange as Cirzirue raised her eyebrows. "Aren't... most hybrids born as a hybrid?" she asked surprised, wondering how that even worked. Then again, vampires were created, right? Or can they be born too? Not like ghosts bite people. Ghosts are generally... dead people that return as phantoms, ghosts, right? How does that work? The idea of Kaname being half-dead seemed odd in her mind. Also the part were a spectral being and a human being having a child seemed also a bit off, can ghosts interact with physical things? The sudden influx of questions made the fairy's head spin. |

Cheap stuff of the tabloids? Well she guessed it was easy to spot how someone could believe such, from what she had come to understand of true full aliens the creatures never stuck around one place long. Were they invading or something? Lavender didn't really know, nor did the teenager care much as what she cared for was her siblings well being not what their father's intentions had been. "Don't worry, just avoid saying anything like that to Clem and Zucc." the two little white haired girls running around the campus really only pyshically shared the family eye color so sometimes others did not realize they were related right away unless last names were being used. "Before we moved for school, my family lived near this expansive woods out in the sticks, I never even got to explore the full thing but you could hear wolves howling on the peaks at night." thought as she learned more about the world around her, the species within it, Lavender briefly wondered if they had been true wolves or some sort of species that took the shape of them. "I suppose learning that would be shocking, I can't imagine learning you're something different from what you've been your whole life." ironic statement but she didn't know that yet, it would be some time until the 'human' found the sheer irony of her being the one to make that statement. "Looking for something Rumiko?" the female spoke up, finally noting the wolf walking around sniffing things and looking around. "I think most hybrids are born that way, but considering there are species who can turn humans into their kind, I don't see why a transformation couldn't be interrupted to create hybrids from it. Plus aren't there species whose traits sleep until a certain age? If one parent was missing those kids wouldn't know until those powers woke?" though she doubted that sort of thing was what happened to Kana, it was all curious and she was so unsure of the conversation.

"As far as I know, most hybrids are born into their status. I was "born" into my status when some thief killed me with my father's sword." Kaname said to the faerie. According to her research, Ghost/Human Hybrids were almost always the product of an encounter with premature death. Whether it was in war, an automobile accident, a household accident, illness, or some other event that could end someone's life prematurely, there was a chance that a human could become a Ghost/Human Hybrid. From what records she had read, the most common reason for her type of hybrid coming into existence was violent death. Having a sword plunged into one's chest was certainly a violent way to die.
"When the guy stabbed me, I actually died for three minutes, then I came back to life. I scared him so badly that he tripped and fell over a tree root while trying to run away. He ended up stabbing himself in the chest with the same sword he used to kill me. Unlike when I was stabbed, he died and stayed dead." Kaname recounted how she came to be a hybrid to Cirzirue and the other people gathered around.
