Name of Talent: Sky Forecaster
Concept: As fairies are attuned to nature. The concept behind the talent is the fact that Valentine’s fairy blood attunes him to the forces of the weather. Allowing him to create storms and other weather phenomena.
Extra(s): His powers usually show as white djinn smoke. That changes colors based on what he is doing. The stronger the storm he is trying to make. The darker the smoke.
Positive Mechanics:
• Attuned to air: allows him to channel air for wind effects.
• Attuned to water: allows him to channel water for things like fog, snow, and rain.
• Attuned to temperature: allows him to vary temperature from hot, too cold, and everything in between.
• Attuned to thunder: allows him to channel lightning and lighting variations.
• Wild Magic: Allows him to channel his powers faster when outside. +1 to speed when outside.
• Sky Wings: Valentine can levitate and fly controlling the air around him.
Negative Mechanics:
Emotional Watch: Due to the nature of sky forecaster. Valentine cannot express extreme emotions or allow his emotions to get the better of him. Doing so can cause a natural disaster. He got so happy once he caused a draught, he was so sad by the draught he caused, he made it flood with rain. Since then Valentine has had to keep a watch on how he feels.
Not entirely immune: While he is resistant to his talent to an extent, he is not immune to it. He could and has injured himself by dropping the temperature to low, and almost even drowned himself at one point.
