Name of Talent: Moonfire Rage
Concept: While talents and energies manifested in the new world after the war, Fang was trapped in a seemingly endless rebirthing cycle. Under these circumstances, anyone would warp and twist in not-so-great ways. His powers come from a place of darkness and rage, consuming him in black flames. These flames burn, but not with heat. The flames are so cold that they act exactly the same as flames, but while they consume, they leave trails of frost and ice instead of ash.
The twisted effects take hold even deeper, embedded in his psyche. If under enough emotional or physical strain, Fang can enter a rage. He goes berserk and loses control of himself and only craves destruction.
Extra(s): His fire that burns so destructively cold are black and behave exactly like flames, except arctic cold is given off instead of sweltering heat. When in a full moonrage, Fang's more vampiric qualities will most likely show. His red hair and skin will turn porcelain white. His ruby hues will turn gold, and he will grow horns, fangs, and red claws. He gains some ominous red marks that swirl over his skin.
Positive Mechanics:
• The rage coursing through his body makes him more formidable, raising his strength 1 aspect point.
• He can summon and control black flames that behave and damage just as normal fire, except instead of heat it is cold. It produces no smoke, and leaves ice and frost behind instead of ash. It also seems to burn faster and bigger.
• Normal water can't extinguish the flames. Water from a talent can be used. Or, you can fight fire with fire and normal flame can absorb his black ones.
• Elongated ears grant enhanced hearing.
• Grows fangs and claws for slashing, ripping, and piercing.
• Immune to his own fire and resistant to most other types as well.
Negative Mechanics:
• When emotional or physical trauma disrupts his already fragile grip on reality, he goes berserk and can't tell friend from foe. All moral inhibitions are gone.
• Use of his talent in any way saps his energy until he feeds. So he's very hungry, which is always nice for a vampire.
