Name of Talent: Electric Impulse
Concept:
Rem has the ability to produce an electric current in and around his body. Being able to fully manipulate the strength as well as flow of this voltage grants him the potential to use the element for many different things, from electrocuting people to using himself as a portable battery. The electricity is produced at all times, and courses through his body as if it was a second blood source, letting him use it like a natural part of himself, rather than summoning the external power of lightning.
Extra(s): Due to the power, his kitsune fire appears to have electric sparks running through it when he uses it, even if he isn't charging the fire with any actual voltage.
Positive Mechanics:
• Allows for extensive tinkering with any electronics, from charging them to manipulating their functioning from the inside out.
• Can be used on its own user to quicken neural connections, allowing for faster reflexes as well as increased brain power and learning capabilities.
• With enough amplification, it can be used as a long range weapon as well, shooting off mini lightning bolts.
