♦ MONSTERS OF SKIAGIS ♦
A monster is the blanket term for a collection of species which display a lesser intelligence than the legally recognized citizens of the world. Most are unintelligence and violent towards more intelligence species. Wild and untamed, they function primarily on instinct. Monsters are most often found on Quests as opponents or in events as enemies. Depending on how difficult they are to fight, written information on monsters is coded with a color to represent their aspects and abilities. Lastly, it’s possible for any monster coded beneath black to be tamed and owned, while the lowest code blue is free a fee must be paid at higher codes to cover for any potential damage a stronger monster could cause.

♦ MONSTER OWNERSHIP RULES ♦
1. Monster traits are not able to increase or decrease the aspect points of themselves or players.
2. Monsters follow the same aspect system as players. However within PvE it is not necessary to use aspects.
3. If a monster is named the same thing as a species it is called ‘lesser name’. For example, since the species list has kitsunes, they are called ‘Lesser Kitsunes’ as monsters.
4. Monsters cannot attack other played characters nor other monsters owned by other played characters without explicit permission.
5. Points are distributed across aspects for monsters the same as characters. When fighting them one can decide where the extra points go to create diversity in monsters.
