Name of Talent: Localized Warp
Concept: Allison is capable of teleportation but on a much smaller scale with a much higher speed. This allows her to warp to any place they can see instantaneously and also allows her to warp small objects they are holding on to without warping themselves. It is very effective at scaling a building or getting through a locked door.
Extra(s): If the Talent has any small passive effects or quirks that affect the character, such as having fire for hair, or glowing eyes, a pink skin tone, etc. This is for fluff and flavor not mechanics, those are listed below.
Positive Mechanics:
Allison is capable of warping through walls and locked doors so long as she can see the room on the other side.
Allison can warp a held object without warping herself, objects warp this way carry some momentum if thrown the moment before she warps them.
Allison's warps are triggered instantaneously with no need to concentrate on her destination beyond just seeing it.
Negative Mechanics: Excessive warping does take a physical toll and if Allison attempts too many warps in short succession she becomes exhausted.
