It had been roughly a day since the veterinarian nurse of the school had repaired injuries she couldn't exactly recall how she had received and her memory had only seemed to deteriorate since that point. Even when people told her things that were fact, wrote it down on paper for her? Nyx just couldn't recall even reading directly off things written for her the disconnect was just growing stronger. At the moment, she was wandering around the plaza unable to even recall how or when she had arrived at this location. Suppressing panic was easy enough since she could remember that she had lost track of things like this again, plus no one was paying particularly heavy attention to her possibly mistaking her for some stray twin tail neko.
So what had she come here to do again? Maybe she hadn't come here for anything, that was just as likely considering she couldn't remember a single thing. A growl sounded causing her to settle onto her hind legs and look at her stomach. 'Guess I'm hungry.' What did she eat again? The growl sounded again and she glanced around to try to figure out which food stand she could get food from.

A dog pure black in color with bones on the outside and a skull with horns for a head carrying what appeared to be a basket with fresh fish in it moved down the pathways of the school mostly being avoided by the more superstition of students or staff. It was probably not the strangest thing the school had ever seen, but it was probably not the most normal either this dog carrying a basket of fish, but to be frank the hunter didn’t care how he looked to others either. All that was really on his mind was getting the fish back to his room where he could perhaps cook a meal with it.
So he would continue on his path with purpose, his strange green eyes scanning the area and taking in details before his attention was caught by a strange two tailed cat in the area. It was a small cat in comparison to himself, black and white in coloration, and kind cute he had to admit. It was the sort of creature he would try to pet on a normal day, but not today. For now, he would just take note of it as he made a move to walk by it; however, he would find himself stopping as he heard the creature’s stomach growl. Pausing in his tracks, he considered just leaving the cat alone….but he couldn’t do that now could he?
Sighing inwardly at soft he could be at times, he’d turn back around and make his way over to the cat pausing a respectful distance away as he observed the smaller being with a curious glance wondering if this was student, familiar, or a random creature he was dealing with. The look would only last for a few seconds before the larger dog placed the basket down and using his nose to slide it towards the cat, the scent of fish strong to anything with a sensitive nose.
He wondered if this cat liked fish or if it would reject it forcing him to find something else for it. Granted he had to see if the cat ran like most cats did when confronted with something strange to them. If it did then the offering would be for not.

Ariya needed a break from the academy for a little bit. She had been studying in her dorm room, as well as tending to all her plants, but today she needed some fresh air outside the school. So she decided to visit the central plaza and maybe do a little window shopping.
Walking around, there were a large number of people walking around, either buying something, having a bite to eat, or just generally goofing around. She noticed a two-tailed cat, or what looked like one, just sitting there. She also saw a strange black dog with bones with a bucket of fish, which made it just a bit more odd. Of course Eldritch Academy, and by proxy Mystopolis itself, was already a place full of weirdness, so the half-fox girl wasn't too surprised. If anything she was just a little bit curious.
Ariya walked over to the cat and dog, and smiled a little bit. "Hello. How are the two of you today?" she asked politely. Her long brown hair swayed slightly, and her fox ears and tail twitched idlely.

The black dog would stay where he was for a while, sitting down with the light rattle of bones as he observed the cat wondering just what it was. Was it just a random creature? Did it belong to someone? Or was it perhaps a someone like himself, but just in a different form? There was many possibilities, but alas for now he did not have any conformation for his wandering thoughts and maybe it would be a while for said confirmation since another decided to join them.
Blinking green eyes would look up to the one that spoke, taking in the other's form. Brown hair, human in form, but had fox ears and a tail. Hmm. Another being of the world. Perhaps a shapeshifter or some other species of fox. He would like to know, but oh! Research would be rather rude right now wouldn’t it? She did speak after all did she not? It would be rude not to respond in a way.
The nightmare posing as a dog would consider what to do for a second before blinking again and responding. “Intrigued by the world,” a voice soft would say…yet the dog’s lips did not move. No this voice was spoken to the minds of the fox girl and the cat if it had any ability to understand human speech that is. “And how about you?” the dog would ask as he tilted his head at the new comer.
