Eeeeeeh. I’m not suffering. More bored. Well. A little less now you’re here. Though withdraw’s gonna be a bitch with as much that’s in my system right now. Ozaki turned around, legs hanging off the edge of the bed as he finally noticed the mess of the bowl. There goes my blood devil proof apartment. If there was so much as a drop of it remaining when he finally got to it any blood devil who knew him could just pop in at any moment. Not that there’s anything wrong with blood devils of course. Jis them teleporting into my room is something they could and would do if one had a reason. Reallllly wouldn’t want my daughter just popping in randomly when I’m uhhhh… Occupied. I think I would literally die.

Oh well. It was bound to happen at some point. Sometimes I bleed a looooot. ’S why I always keep emergency blood on me.

Not as fuddled as mine. Ozaki replied, looking over at the bag of blood that was hanging on the bedpost. It was empty now too. Given that drinking anything would be a trial in this state, taking his blood intravenously was the best he could do. Like… He could drink through his fangs. But he’d have to continuously remember to drink as much blood as he was loosing. While also drinking down a pain killer that numbed perceptions such as pain or hunger. And yah. Probably. I mean there’s plenty of blood around here. But its all in bags. Blood devil would be more keen to teleport into spilt blood. Easier that way. And I reckon they probably have a way to tell whose it is.

Ozaki then glanced over to the blood bag he was hooked into.

How long’s that been empty for? Not that the pain killer’s gonna wear off any time soon just… Blood frenzy’s never a good thing to go into… Ozaki squinted, trying to calculate how much blood had been in the bowl at the time of it being spilled. Not nearly as much as if he had been human of course. Given his slow heart rate bleeding happened considerably slower… but it was still of course happening given how many cuts had been made.

Ozaki unhooked himself from the current bag at got up, stepping carefully over Jers as he went to his mini fridge and pulled out one of many prepared blood bags. By the time Jers was done with his spill Ozaki had thrown out the old bag, replaced it with the new, and hooked the two together for himself. A well practiced move that undoubtedly had had a steep learning curve for learning how to do himself.

Well maybe next time. He’d wink suggestively, far too high to restrain himself from such blatant innuendo. This guy was a man trapped in a teenager’s body. He was just about as horny as a unicorn, those creepy ass virgin fetishists.

Fire doesn’t burn Rosite Mana crystals. My workplace will send someone to pick ‘em up later. His boss had found out about his little peculiar sickness and had opted to take advantage of the highly rare, illicit, and free source of Rosite Mana Crystals. Of course she had offered to pay to take them off his hands, but he hadn’t felt right taking money from the school he owed his life to at the time.

Of course… It wasn’t really taking it was it? He was all but literally hacking up a lung. And of course a few of his more shady coworkers had offered to lend a hand or um… Lung, to remedy his issue. But he’d turned them down too. Inventory management. Could be a pretty shady place, even in Eldritch Academy. There were some hunters that took the Dead or Alive quite far. In that if it was dead or alive and you delivered the head… Well then the rest of the body was free game.

Well I’ve already slept with you once. And if my father would disapprove… You can be sure as bats its a good idea! Oh gee. I shudda not brought up my father in that context.

He settled back into his sheets once he was certain everything was all taken care of with the attachments, grabbing the fallen bowl and tucking it close by him again. Doing his best to hide his flusterment. 

You gotta be some level of shady to work in inventory management. We got a loooot of different things in there. Like. We even got vampire hearts and werewolf claws. There are lesser versions of each. And each of them has ritual and alchemic purposes that they might want to teach students but seeeeriously.

It was better that the school provided the ingredients that it acquired through as legitimate methods as it could than students or teachers going out to hunt for those things themselves. Though of course Hunter was in the job description.

Ozaki watched as Jers buried his face in the mattress, then looked up. You tryin’ to be cute or something? Because I can assure you that is absolutely working.

While I can’t necessarily agree on the idea of someone hunting someone just based on their species alone… Well I guess it can be good to specialize.I try to have an open mind. I reaaaaallly do. But some species. People. People species. Are kinda shady and dangerous too. But shhhh. Don’t tell anyone I said- thought that.

Ozaki let a short hacking laugh out at seeing Jers flusterment, a crystal flung half way across the room from the force of it. Eeeh. He’d get that later. But hey. He could see why people were so keen to get him all riled up now. It was rather amusing to watch.

That’s the way to do it. Ozaki nodded slightly. I try to stick to bounties if I’m going to kill anyone. I mean I do. But I mean… If I find a vampire hunter fucking around… Especially a Church of Purity one… Frankly I’m at least going to break their leg. They’re generally a bunch of douchebags.

At the next part Ozaki had to do a mental double take. By the flames of hell. Don’t say things like that. It took a vampire quite awhile to get hot and bothered, considering their slow blood flow. But saying things like that… If this pain medication wasn't making me tired as well as high I'd pounce you right now. But… Too much effort. Too tired. And probably a bad idea… But… It isn't like being a frigging virgin was a fun time anyways. The only time I ever even close to getting laid is when I am drunk off my ass or high off of something. Jers isn't his normally my type. But he's well toned, has sharp icy blue eyes, and he's nice. A good listener too. And he's flirting with me in my own bed. 

Obviously Ozaki had absolutely no filter in his mind right now. 

Yes. Out of the bed. He did hate to say that. But he’d probably end up spraying crystals and blood all over Jers. And that would not be a sexy time. In fact it would potentially be a life ruining time for Jers. I prolly shouldn’t ask this but… Why are you even interested in me? Basically the whole time I’ve known you all I’ve done is whine about my past. And now I’m hacking up parasitic crystals. What about any of that is irresistible?
